Return Policy
At GYVYN, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases from GYVYN are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all products including wigs, hair extensions, jewelry, accessories, and collectibles purchased in-store, by text order, or through gyvyn.shop.
Store Credit Eligibility
We may issue store credit at our sole discretion for items that meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original packaging and any tags are intact and attached
- Request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Original proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or text order confirmation) is presented
Store credit has no cash value and may only be applied toward future GYVYN purchases. Store credit does not expire.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for store credit under any circumstances:
- Any item that has been worn, styled, cut, colored, or otherwise altered
- Lashes, contacts, press-on nails, and other cosmetic items once removed from sealed packaging
- Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by texting (404) 483-6362 with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter at our discretion.
How to Request Store Credit
Text (404) 483-6362 with your order information and reason for return. Do not return items without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
