Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Return Process

- Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization: We'll provide return instructions and authorization
- Ship Back: Ship items back to us (return shipping costs apply unless item is defective)
- Receive Refund: Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Contact us at 404-483-6362 to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges must be requested within the 14-day return window and items must be unused with original packaging.
In-Store Returns
You can return items purchased online at our showroom location. Visit us at 285 Market, Booth A2-2, Decatur, GA during business hours (Fri-Sun 10AM-7PM).
Please bring your order confirmation email or order number for faster processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at 404-483-6362. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
