Ordering & Pickup

GYVYN currently operates as an in-store and text-to-order business. All orders require confirmation before pickup.

How to Order

You can place an order in three ways:

• In-Store: Visit us at Booth A2-2, 285 Market, 4525 Glenwood Road, Decatur GA 30032 during business hours
• Text to Order: Text (404) 483-6362 with the item name, your name, and preferred pickup time. We respond within 2 hours during business hours.
• Online: Add items to your cart at gyvyn.shop and complete checkout. You will receive a text confirmation within 2 hours.

Pickup Process

• All orders require text confirmation before pickup
• Once confirmed, your order will be held for 48 hours
• Orders not picked up within 48 hours of confirmation will be released back to inventory
• Payment is due at pickup – we accept CashApp ($rgente), Zelle, and cash in-store

Store Hours

• Sunday & Monday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: Closed
• Wednesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Payment in full is required before items are released. We do not offer layaway or payment plans at this time.
