Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gyvyn.shop and any purchase made from GYVYN Beauty Supply (“GYVYN”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Information

GYVYN Beauty Supply is a Black-owned retail business located at Booth A2-2, 285 Market, 4525 Glenwood Road, Decatur, GA 30032. Contact: (404) 483-6362.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment received.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash: in-store only

Payment in full is required before any item is released. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received or a pickup time is confirmed via text.

4. Order Confirmation and Pickup

All orders must be confirmed via text at (404) 483-6362. Confirmed orders are held for 48 hours. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of confirmation are forfeited and returned to inventory. Payments already made for forfeited orders may be issued as store credit at GYVYN’s discretion.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued at GYVYN’s sole discretion for eligible items as outlined in our Return Policy. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products including material, color, and dimensions. Actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and lighting. Hair texture and appearance may vary based on your natural hair, care routine, and styling methods.

7. Limitation of Liability

GYVYN’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to any product. If you have known sensitivities, please review product materials before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on gyvyn.shop including text, images, logos, and design is the property of GYVYN and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in DeKalb County, Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
